Bangladesh at the ‘Recruiting and Labor Service Exhibition’ in Saudi Arabia

Bangladesh has taken part in the four-day ‘Recruiting and Labor Service Exhibition’ (RALS) which started in Saudi Arabia.
The fair, which started for the third time at the country’s Riyadh Exhibition Convention Center on Monday night, was inaugurated by Riyadh Governor Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. The day-long fair will continue till 23 January 2020.

Bangladesh, Vietnam, Philippines, Morocco, Ethiopia and Kenya along with Saudi Arabia participated in the fair. A total of 70 government and non-government organizations, including 50 from Saudi Arabia and 20 from other countries, took part in the fair.
Bangladesh is represented by ‘Bangladesh Human Capital’ (Recruiting License No. 1557). The stall was inaugurated by Bangladesh Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Golam Masih.

At that time, he said, “Bangladesh has a special partnership with Saudi Arabia. In such an event, the labor market of Bangladesh will be introduced to the world. An organization from Bangladesh has participated in this exhibition for the last 2 years. The embassy will take the necessary steps so that more organizations can participate in the future. ”

Mohammad Abu Nayeem, Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Human Capital, said, “Participate in the event to implement the plan of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment to send 7 lakh manpower abroad on the birth centenary of Bangabandhu by exporting skilled and semi-skilled manpower abroad. In the meantime, employers are being given ideas about hiring skilled and semi-skilled workers from Bangladesh. ”
