Your specific responsibilities may include:
Operate tile manufacturing machinery
Ensure proper functioning of machines and timely maintenance to avoid downtime.
Monitor production process
Keep track of production metrics to meet quality standards.
Quality control
Inspect finished tiles for defects and ensure they meet industry standards.
Safety compliance
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Troubleshooting and maintenance
Diagnose machine issues and perform basic repairs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a tiles machine operator.
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.).
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Ability to read technical manuals and understand production blueprints.
Good physical condition and stamina to handle long shifts and heavy machinery.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
